Tis the season of asparagus!

I have vowed to myself that whatever fruit or vegetable is in season, I must make an effort to include it in as many meals as possible. So with the arrival of abundant asparagus in markets and stores, here is a lovely way of eating it:






Lay your fresh asparagus on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and authentic parmesan cheese. Bake in a hot oven for 15 - 20 minutes.

Another great idea is to wrap your asparagus in sheets of parma ham and a drizzle of a balsamic glaze. Delicious!
